The display honouring Dr. Jacques Castonguay, Rector of CMR Saint-Jean from August 1, 1986 to August 4, 1989, Professor and military historian, was unveiled on August 23, 2019 during the reunion weekend. During the ceremony, in the presence of the Commandant, 20380 Colonel Nicolas Pilon, the Director of Studies, Mr. James Groen, and some ex-cadets, 9548 Rémi Landry highlighted Dr. Castonguay's important contribution to the development of CMR Saint-Jean. The 1968 entry class joined the Musée du Fort Saint-Jean by contributing one third of the funds required for the acquisition and installation of the display case.
